MTV is phenomenal in the United States, it has everything a teen or young adult would like. From their favorite music videos to their favorite TV shows. There is a lot of very popular TV shows and music videos that people around the country like too. It's not just for Americans other people are interested in the shows and music as well. The teens and young adults in China, like MTV so much that they are trying to get the show to China so they can watch it live in their country. "MTV Networks Asia has launched its fourth Web site in the region, this time targeting the mainland Chinese market."(Mok, Davena 1)Right now they can stream the videos and shows from their computer through the internet on MTVs website, but they can’t get it there locally yet. In China they can get ringtones sent to their phone from MTVs cell phone ringtones. Many people in China like the American MTV shows, but are it good their watching shows that make Americans look uncivilized and sometimes dumb.
